Restylane

Healthy Skin specializes in FDA approved Restylane injections as well as the filler Juvederm. These products are the most frequently used corrective injectables on the market today.

Product

Restylane injections, as well as the filler Juvederm, are made from a naturally occurring substrate called Hyluronic Acid; therefore, no allergic testing is required prior to injection. Perlane and Restylane injections along with filler Juvederm contain similar Hyluronic Acid compositions, but differ in the specialized facial areas for optimal facial correction.

Service

The most commonly enhanced areas are the facial lines around the nose, mouth and lips. Restylane and Juvederm injections give the skin a "lift" with a smooth, natural look and feel. Patient comfort is a priority and a topical anesthetic (numbing medication similar to the anesthetic used by dentists), is applied prior to the procedure.

Restylane is a safe and natural cosmetic filler, used to create fuller, shapelier lips and correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles such as nasolabial folds (lines from nose to mouth) and marionette lines (laugh lines). Because this is a non-animal based product there is no risk of disease transmission or allergic reaction, making a skin test unnecessary. Used as an alternative to collagen, Restylane typically lasts twice as long extending treatments every 6 to 9 months.

One syringe typically covers one treatment area such as lips or nasolabial folds.

Juvederm

Juvederm is a "next generation" smooth gel, non-animal dermal filler offering a natural look and feel with long lasting results for up to six months or longer. Juvederm dermal filler lasts long because it's the only dermal filler currently available with the highest concentration of hyaluronic acid uniquely formulated. Radiesse
